Campaigning during COVID-19: Rules for Absentee Ballots

Up for grabs at the federal level are the Presidency, a U.S. Senate seat, and all 14 U.S. House seats. Michigan Court Upholds Deadline for Absentee Ballots

Voting BoothThe Michigan appeals court today denied a request by the League of Women Voters and three others to require clerks to count ballots which were postmarked by Election Day – even if they were not received until after Election Day.
